Bad service

Good afternoon. On Friday the 12th of August I went to the Makro Ottery for the 24 baby soft tissues and they was no stock and the guy on the floor said I should go the the customer service desk and there they took my name and number and said that they will call me as soon as they get stock and indeed they called me on Monday but to my surprise when I got there just after 30 minutes they said they are out of stock. But today as I scroll down Facebook there a lady who posted that she got to the store looking for the same product and they told her that the stock they have is people who left their names but when we get to the store they always say it’s out of stock whereas they are hiding stock from us. Why did Makro put items on special knowing very well that they don’t want to sell them to us. This is frustrating
