Bad service

Your customer care service is pathetic along with the delivery as well. I placed an order on the 13th of August 2022..and still haven't received my package, I'm the one calling you customer care and sending out emails to Makro every week and no one bothered to call me back and give me feedback on my order. Your consultant put the phone down on me today and said that I have every right to go on FB or Hello Peter
