BAD service

After several attempts to get my refund from Makro Online; I am still not wining! I use my airtime to call them and they never care to make any follow ups.

I made an online purchase in October 2024 and some items were not available (amazingly only after payment was processed). I was promised my refund would take 7 to 14 days to process and today is the 10th December 2024 NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE... Today I called the contact center and the lady who was supposed to help me hung up on me... (I called at 12H38) and I had to call again! The lack of courtesy is hurtful :-(

I am just a frustrated customer. This happens every time I make an online purchase.
