Bad service

Bad Service I submitted an online order with Makro, and while the ordering process was seamless, the collection experience was extremely unpleasant. Firstly, a staff member addressed me in a language I’m not fami**** with, which made communication difficult. Secondly, I had to wait 45 minutes just to get assistance, only to be told that they were short-staffed. What is the purpose of placing an order online if I still have to wait that long to be helped?
