Bad Service

I ordered something on the 16th of December and I am yet to receive my parcel. MAK*** . The courier Makro uses is pathetic and each time I call Makro regarding my order I receive the same sing song “ we sorry for the inconvenience, we will escalate it” they have escalated so many times that I am sure the Heavens have received it. The courier was meant to deliver my parcel but then I received a sms saying I was unavailable…they did not call me once to check if I was available. I will unfortunately never be buying something online with Makro again due to this.
