Bad service

I purchased a smart box and it only worked for 2 days. I arranged for a pick up and it was not picked up. Had to arrange for a pick up for the 2nd time. And only then was it picked up. I had requested a refund but to my surprise, the parcel was sent back to me. I sent 2 enquiries and did not get any help.
