Bad service

I recently bought items on line and this was 2 weeks ago, to this day not all the items have been delivered, there are still missing items, and on the one order, I had a product that failed (air fryer), and when you do a return you select the daye which you want the item collected, to date it’s been quiet no item collection has been made, lastly this split order thing is an absolute mess, just collect everything and make it one order, we are employed we are only available for maybe a day or 2, this thing of spliting one order into multiple orders over multiple days is a mess
