Bad Service

I bought a Fridge at Makro the fridge was not delivered on the day promised. I called Makro I was given bad attitude by the delivery Guy. They eventually delivered the Fridge however the Fridge given was not in a good condition. I went to them and requested for a new fridge they said they will deliver and replace the faulty. Again on Delivery day no one bothered to call and confirm I am still stuck with the faulty fridge
