Bad service

No one has called me back with regards to a replacement, everyone I spoke to has no answers even the supervisor Spencer Lawrence said it shocked to hear about my query says no one has brought it to him , I wonder what has everyone been escalating since I called from the 14th of June still today and everyone I spoke to kept saying they will call back within a hour Makro what is the solution am I get the replacement or not ???!
