Bad Service

I purchased a fridge from makro stores in 2017 the fridge has been troubling me to this date every time i logged a query the technician comes out and repairs something. However the same flauts repeat on the fridge. I have phone and logged calls time and time again reporting the matter. A person at the returns department refers me to the supplier of the fridge. i mean i am a customer of Makro. i did not buy the fridge from the supplier why is makro stores giving me the uphill with this fridge.
