Bad Service

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for an online order. No stock is available, Trying to cancel the order but the customer support number takes 25min plus and then nobody answers. I tried emailing their support now also. Why can you not just cancel a order online with the click of a button instead of going through this hell of trying to phone people that do not answer. They put the phone down in your ear.
