Bad service.
I ordered a fridge online on the 29th of April and it still has not yet been delivered yet today on the 7th of May of which the estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. The tracking status has been on packed since the 29th and nothing has changed since. The other tracking link they sent through whatsapp is not even accessible

08 May 2021, 10:21I was rep**** to be Nomsa Mlabo through email saying my query has been escalated to relevant department a few days ago and nothing happened since. I would like to get updated on where my order is and if it has been shipped yet because it doesn't make any sense to package it and a week later it still hasn't left the store.
