BAD SERVICE

I am writing this today to complain again about the poor services I received at Makro Montague gardens regarding my television set which i took in for repairs on the 7/5/2023 I'm absolutely distraught with the treatment of the employees of Makro and I've decided that I'm going to take this to the superior because this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I've wasted my resources to get information about my television set that was damaged by the store instead of it being fixed, the employees have disrespected and not taken this matter seriously with some making remarks that I won't ever receive my television set and I should give up. I will not tolerate this and I've been a loyal customer to Makro and very disappointed with the services.

It's been two months that I haven't had a television set and I don't know what the delay is with the process, communication is also bad with the head office and the responses are extremely slow if I get any. I would like for my TV set to either be replaced or fixed.
