Bad service

After spending an hour & a half packing our trolley my Fiance decided to go to the bathroom while I buy the cigarettes I parked the trolley next to a display box next to me, got the cigarettes, only took my eye of it for a second while paying when I turned around my trolley was gone, I went to management & he looked around for it with me, then only said sorry nothing else I can do I know there is nothing he can do when someone else takes my trolley, so I spend another hour re-doing all my shopping, another half an hour in the queue to pay, He could have send someone to get me another trolley & arranged that i can pay immediately. I just feel the whole situation could have been handled much better, it was so upsetting having to redo my entire shopping, just a small gesture from the manager would have made the world of difference for me,To add to everything once we got to the front of the queue the one guy working there said he found our trolley, I'm sure they could have announced it & we could have saved some time re-doing all our shopping. Secondly, almost every isle was closed, where u couldn't get to the products as they were getting stock from the top shelves with the escalator.
