Bad service

On the 13th August 2022 I went to Makro Wonderboom looking for 6 × 24 Baby soft toilet papers then I didn't find them so there was someone who was writing a list because there was no stock in store, then he put my name and number of toilet papers that I was looking for.

On Tuesday 16 August 2022 at 09:00am I received a call from Makro Wonderboom it was a guy by the name Dumisani he told me to be there before 12:00 to take my orders as requested then I told him I am going to send someone he told that is okay .

I send my partner there where they gave him 2 packets of 2 x 24 Baby soft toilet papers I called them they told me that now things has changed but I must wait for their call during the week when others come says a lady at customer care service. Since I wait no call but I see people bought more than 2 packets on the 16/08/2022 and I didn't get any call from them.

I want my share of outstanding toilet papers as they promised even if is after their birthday sale
