Bad service

I ordered a gas stove and 13L, 21L and 50L heavy duty pots. Two deliveries were made, first delivery was suppose to be 50L pot and gas stove and both items delivered were not what I ordered. Second delivery was fine. I filed a return on the 11 February 2024 and courier was suppose to pick the items of the 14th of February, this is the third week I am still waiting for them to pick up these items and waiting to be refunded. I have exhausted all options, calling them and texting them on WhatsApp but I still have nothing concrete. I regret ordering these items from them😭😭😭😭.
