Bad service

I bought a phone on Friday under a business account, the driver phoned later on Saturday for delivery and we don’t open on weekends now they not sure when they will deliver. Even if we were working why come late. The phone is for my daughter on Wednesday it’s her birthday. Even my younger sister bought the phone on Saturday they came to deliver on Sunday and we were at church. Who does that they should be communication prior to delivery more especially on weekends . People travel, attend events on weekends. I only receive notifications on Saturday then later the driver came to drop off.
