Bad service!

I wish there was a zero star rating for their horrible service. My return order was collected on the 20th of October. I got an email last Thursday that the refund was approved and that i will have funds in my bank in a few days. I still have not got my refund and your customer service is horrible. I will not be using Makro anymore
