Bad service

I am very disappointed in Makro for over promising and under delivering I am travelling to Cape Town and I ordered a travel bag on the 7th of july it is now the 22nd and the bag has not been delivered I always order goods from Makro but in a time of need they have not delivered work on your market place option as this will be the downfall of your business
