Bad service
We went to makro yesterday(Sunday) to buy just two items. It being the 1st weekend of black Friday the one item we wanted was out of stock. When we went to 1 of the express mobile tills to pay the queue wouldn't move because of some issue (either with the till itself or with cashier not knowing her work). And no 1 bothered to even explain what the problem really was. We just left.
