Bad service

I ordered items online last month 22October 2022. My order was not delivered. I emailed them and no response. I went to the closest makro store and I was promised that my complain will be escalated, the money will be refunded within days. Until today I've not received my money. I've been to the store twice now, only given empty promises. I'm very disappointed
