Bad service

In august i had a online purchase and never received the some of the items. So i needed to be refunded. But at the time life went crazy and months later i got an email stating that i need to send a copy of my id because they cant just process refunds. So i send the id but still i am waiting on my refund. I purchase other stuff and if stuff not in stock anymore i get my refund two days later but i am still waiting on a refund of a purchase on the 7 August.
