bad service

bad service I have ever received at Makro, I placed an order on the 25 July the order did not went through but the transaction went through on my side, I've been calling and sending emails no one bothered to respond me. My ticket was assigned to Phindile she's so mute. Can I have my refund I don't want anything to do with Makro they have a very terrible service.
