BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

The ****en WORST place to shop at and not even to mention those *********** people they hired at their customer service. I ordered my coffee table on the 14 and was promised that it will be delivered on the 24th. Till today I haven't received my order and I'm ****en disgusted by Makro and I'm NEVER PURCHASING from y'all. I spoke to Tshepo and he advised that my order is shipped from JHB and I will be notified once it reaches Cape Town. How the **** so??? I'm in Gqeberha, what does CT have to do with me. And when I requested to speak to his superior I was transferred to a Sibongile who "couldn't hear" what I was saying. Your service is very disgusting and not to mention your call centre service. I even tried a 011 number that José called me on, and guess what "number does not exist".

The way I'm so loyal to Makro, I ****en regret even doing my big purchases with y'all.

If my order can't be delivered ****en REFUND my money.
