Bad service

Since 25 October 2024 I've requested for return till this day no communication of the way forward. Everytime you call or WhatsApp they say they will escalate and you never hear from them again and I can't walk in to the store to return coz I bought it online, It's so disappointing that one would experience this from such a huge company.
