bad service

Today the 13th of April 2023 i went to Makro in Silverlakes and i wanted to buy an invertor. the sales assisted and he recommended on the invetor for the sum of R2399.00. this was on special. he even attached his code on the piece i was buying When i get to the till suddenly the price has changed and the i tried to discuss with the staff that this is the price on the shelf.

they could not assist me saying there are no managers. i had to leave the invertor and go to look at another shop.
