bad service

I am having a serious problem with Makro,when I place an order on Makro they will debit my money and then when it's the actual day of delivery they cancel the order.I don't have a problem with that buy why do they take a long time to reimburse me my money as if it was my fault that they have unreliable suppliers .why keep an Item on the website when you know there is no stock ????I want my money back the delay is setting me back I want to make a purchase from a reliable store.
