Bad Service

I had bought anm office chair from MAkro Alberton branch, The roller wheels a re continuously breaking. Is the second time that i have reported it. I asked for a refund and it was granted by the customer care centre. I took it on for repairs and now the receiving ladies want to send it back for repairs despite my request for a refund which was granted by Head office!
