Bad service

I ordered on the 25 of June2025 online,, I ordered alcohol and a LCD light the alcohol was delivered on the 26th and they said they gonna deliver lcd light on the 1st of July it was never delivered. Until I called them complained and they said they gonna get back to me I waited for 2 full days they never got back to me,,I had to be the one who calls again using my airtime cause they never bother to call. They gave me a number telling me that it's couriers company so I need to call them and ask where is the order i called the number ad I was told the order will arrive on th 12th of July,,again they didn't deliver even today I paid for that lamp but makro doesn't seem to care they are just giving me empty promises I am highly disappointed and 😡
