Bad service

Its been more than 3 weeks waiting for a refund from makro when you call them you start from scratch. Its month end i cant pay for school fees for my kids because makro doesn't want to refund me. Guys never buy from makro online. Even Happy Mohoje as a manager he doesn't answer my calls
