Bad service

I went to purchase a cellphone and i told the person who was assisting me that i have want a certain cellphone, he told me to go to the cashier to pay and i waited for about an hour while he was passing metelling that he's getting the phone everytime he passed me. And then they tried to sell me the wrong phone that I didn't choose, i regret coming here, should have just went to the most reliable and trusted stores.
