Bad Service

I have ordered 215/60 R17 Tyres from Makro and I received 185/60 R14 Tyres and I was told that I need to log a return on the web-side which I did. The collection was supposed to be to day the 4th of November 2024, when I call the Call-centre no one can help me as they need to scaled the query.

Now is a week without the tyres and I don't know when are they going to collect or when will I have the correct order. This may take two week for me to receive my order. Please someone help.......
