Bad service

I placed my order on the 31st of May today is the 19th of June and my order has not yet been delivered on Makro's website it shows that my package still needs to be given to the couriers, I have called Makro 4 times and sent so many emails When I call they let the line die as soon as they put me through to another line

I am not happy
