BAD SERVICE
We bought a Sinoteq 55" TV December 2017 at Makro Brakpan, March 2019 it picked up a technical error, the shop said we can return it so we did.
They sent it in to be repaired we waited 3 weeks. Your TV was in a brand new condition we got it back , the Friday it looked like it was rebuilt we took it back on the Sunday, it had scratches and the USB ports are rusted and some are missing.
The shop is not answering the phone so my husband phoned the call center now they want us to wait 6 weeks to decide if they will replace it or not.
We paid R6000.00 for the TV this is poor service and not excepted, it's already been another week.
