Bad Service

Good day Makro, <br> <br> I spend R 4000 - R 6000 at your store every month, what I find very unprofessional is making your customer unpack their own trolley (ok), then pack their own shopping bags and place them into a new trolley (not ok). <br> <br> Guys whats going on, imagine a trolley full of goods, I had to pack them, unpack and then pack my stuff again...and then pack again into my car.... I was exhausted, my trolley included 6 x 12 kg of sugar, I'm a lady in heels and you make your customer do all of this? <br> <br> I am a valuable customer, in the past 2 years I have spent R 120 000 at your store, yet get treated like this? I am looking for an alternative to shop at, because its a mission shopping at your store. <br> <br>
