Bad Service

I purchased a video camera from Makro online on 26 November 2018 Less than 12 hours later I e-mailed Makro to cancel the order. I received a reply to confirm that I want the order to be cancelled, Which I responded to and confirmed that they should cancel the order, but despite this the camera was delivered to my house. I have e-mailed Felicia Tukulu from Makro numerous times since then and the only response i received from her was that she is waiting for a reply from the cancellations department. Today is 02 January 2019 and this still isn't resolved
