BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

My fiance placed an order for 4 items on 22/11 and we only received 1 He called numerous times and sent emails as well but did not receive any feedback. i also called on Friday 14/12 and was advised that the delivery would take place on Saturday but still did not recieve it.I sent a message on facebook chat as well and was told that they will investigate and provide feedback.Their service is pathetic!!!
