bad service

I went in to the website of Makro looking for the availability of WAHL Homecut Clipper Set (R199.00) it was available but to confirm i called the contact center the consultant said its available i went there in Tuesday stock was finished but the bad part was the the lady that was assisting was rude she said to me its not available and just walked away i wanted to to know when is the next stock coming i decided to leave so yesterday i called the contact center spoke to a lady Called Edwina told her my incident at the shop and to check for me the availability of the stock she said i should call today to check and i did but when i called she wasn't there i spoke to one of the consultants he said the stock is available and i asked him if he could call the store and ask the to keep it for me he said he cant and he refused because i didn't want the same situation come there there is no stock please assist
