Bad service

Makro offers a service whereby you send them a list of items thereafter they get back to you with a quotation after contacting carnival makro twice for the day with two e mails sent and still no feedback even after explaining explaining I needed the quotation today for funding for my business I now could not submit!relying on makro was the worst thing I could have done!
