Bad service

I went to Makro woodmead store Friday used my card which declined I went to withdraw at there in store ATM paid cash wake up Saturday morning to find the money I paid using my card was gone I have been calling trying to get my money and by money I mean more then R4000 my life is on hold because my money is with Makro so I paid 8000 double what I had to pay Makro what must I do know because you have my money
