Bad Service

The CD/DVD writer I bought doesn't work, was told that I now have to wait to up to six weeks to know what the problem is while I said what the problem is. No I have nothing to use for six weeks. I find that unacceptable, I buy something from the store, it doesn't work now I have to wait for up to six weeks for it to be diagnosed/repaired and not do what I need to be doing with the writer all that time. As for the manager I have nothing to say about him except that he was argumentative & didn't want to listen. It was also clear that no one knew about this product or how to deal with this matter, they also admitted to this. I now will have to make a third trip to the shop to get my writer.

PS. The website facility that is supposed to be used for complaints does not work either..:-( The error it give is The captcha is not valid
