Bad service

What can i say about the service at makro strubensvalley for years we as a coffee shop have been buying most of our weekly stock there been faxing every week but lately not getting stock the next day or having to wait for stock that was not yet reddy but we fax a day in atvance but you only get bad mouthed and cheeked when you get there and ask for your stock very bad customer sirvice unhelpfull and rude people that works there very unhappy and will tell everyone not to go there i am now putting this on but still nothing will be done
