Bad service

Very bad service bought a fridge 4 months ago and the rubber is torn. Trying to get hold of people working there is a mission. They either dont answer or when eventually someone answers they tell you that the manager will give me a call but never happens. This is a R13000 fridge not a R2000 one. Makro is lately giving me diagusting service from all over their store. Try not to purchase anything here quick to sell but not quick to help. Disgusting service from you guys here in port elizabeth
