Bad service

I ordered some stuff online with Makro. I understand that it takes up to 7 days for delivery but that is not the issue. When I phoned to inquire whether my order has been processed I was told there was no stock. I was to hold so that they can contact another store for stock as I had paid for these products. After a painful wait on a very long hold my call was cut. I have tried tirelessly to contact them again and again only for all my calls to be cut off. This was my first time purchasing online with Makro and it will surely be my last.
