Bad service

Yesterday I send my dad to buy a xbox 1 that you advertise on your black friday/5 days as I was unable to get off work. When he got there they refused to give it to him for that price and claimed it is only for Friday but that not how it is advertised. When he asked for manager he wanted to give it to him for that price but without the fifa game. Once again not as advertised. I am really didsapointed in Makro as I buy a lot there and at my work we buy a lot as well. I never looked for another deal at another shop as I love buying there. But from no on I will see other shops deals as well as Makro is no longer my only choice. They wasted so much time for not knowing what was going on.... Just think of how many people just left it and looked/bought at another shop.
