BAD SERVICE

I'm disgusted with the delivery service from the Courier company Makro uses. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, only for it to be delivered on the 23rd after fighting and wanting a refund. I have a second order that's supposed to be delivered today but I have not received any communication. When I track it, it shows "in transit" since 20/12/25. When will it be delivered??? For such a loyal client to Makro I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed with your services. I'm never using Makro for purchasing big appliances because clearly you and the courier company y'all are using can't keep up.
