Bad service!

Absolutely horrible service regarding feedback and the fan I bought from them went faulty when the mister system failed so I set it back to them. It was returned with the fan blade completely broken and in pieces. They refuse to repair or replace this item. I’m currently instituting court proceedings against them. Do not recommend Makro online services at all because they supply NO service. I had to initiate complaint to receive feedback finally.
