Bad service

I am so angry with Makro on line. I bought 4 bar stools and all of them are poor quality. The bearings have collapsed and the gas lift nit working not even a year old. You don't want to even look at them just say warranty is 6 months. That was never stated on the purchase. 12 months is the Normal warranty unless stated. I have requested numerous times to be contacted by a manager but nobody has made the effort to contact me. I am going to take this to the consumer protection. My last bar stools lasted 10 years not purchased from Makro. Definitely will not be purchasing anything from Makro again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from Makro on line.
