Bad Service

<p>Makro normally checks the shopping items on your list at the exist. I approached the exit and a makro employee looked at my slip and said I could go. As I exited a security guard called me back and rather rudely said I couldn't. I explained to her what has happened, her prompt response being "That was the manager and it doesn't matter, her job is more important and he doesn't have the authority". This security guard's rude and arrogant behavior is unacceptable, this is absolutely demeaning and by no means a pleasant shopping experience, poor show!</p>
