Bad service

During December 2014 I ordered 3 chainsaws online for which I paid EFT. When I went to collect at Makro vaal I was told that 1 of the 3 had been sold by a floor salesman and that I could only get 2. I was then told that due 2 it being a online special I could not be given another. I would then be refunded after 5 days. This was 17 days ago and still no refund. I sent an online query to their totally useless online department with no reply. Very bad service and totally unexpected from a big company. Don't advertise if you cannot deliver.
